2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within Sweden or selected countries — stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delays or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs. However, if your package appears lost or delayed beyond a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Sweden, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office prior to placing an international order.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@littleitalybarber.se. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
