Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Italy Barbersupplier AB. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on grooming products, razors, perfumes, or any opened cosmetics.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@littleitalybarber.se with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item was purchased with a discount or as part of a promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@littleitalybarber.se with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
